ACT Psychological Flexibility Quiz

This is a quick, simple, and useful quiz developed by David Chantry, an ACT clinician in the United Kingdom and an ACT author. You can use it to help see how you’re doing overall in learning flexibility skills. It’s anchored by statements on either end of each inflexibility / flexibility pivot. Use those to get a sense of the dimension and give yourself a 1 to 10 score depending on how closely you feel the statements apply to you. Raw scores can range from 6 to 60. The percentage listed in your results is your current psychological flexibility.
